You make a great point about how spring rolls are generally vegetarian. I need to eat more asian food for my diet. I’ll have to visit some Japanese restaurants to see which dishes I like the most.

All look so good. A big fan of Pho here.
Also like papaya salad, which is actually a Lao food staple, also become very popular in Thailand. Curry is a Thai dish, not Laotian.

Cambodian pineapple filled with fried rice and veggies… I need like 5 of those right now. That looks delicious and my fiance, lover of pineapples, would be all over that dish. Can’t believe how cheap it is — and that one portion is so large! That is pretty amazing.
