I reserved a car online 3 days ahead of time. When I arrived at 8:00am to pick the car and said I had a reservation, the lady had a surprised look on her face. When she pulled up the reservation she then called her manager… when she hung up the phone she said that a car wouldn’t be available until 2:00pm. What!?!… she said “That’s the problem with making a reservation online”… What!?!… it seems as if, perhaps, they don’t check their online orders to often.

Anyway… went to Thrifty… great service and they had a nearly brand new car available.
