It’s just amazing how this little camera can do so many things. Such beautiful and deep pictures. I’m just about to buy it because it will replace so many bulky gadgets that take so much space. It is a perfect solution for traveling. Thanks a lot for giving such a detailed review.

In reply to Le Anne. Battery life shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you charge it up before you head off and don't record hours and hours of video or spend hours watching the videos until you get home. It's a good idea to check your pictures once in a while to make sure there isn't a big drop of water on the lens though. Been there and done that too many times.

We recently purchased the 6 after having the entry level Hero. Really love the back screen, stabilization, slow motion frame rates and wifi for instant transfers – makes it the perfect travel partner.
