On the “needs” side I like the collapsible straw, and I would pair it with the collapsible bottle. You can never be over-prepared for ample hydration on trips. On the “wants” side my entire family, especially the kids have been nagging for a nice drone! DJI MAVIC PRO 2! Someone reading this please “gift” me one!!! : )

Wow, there are plenty of ideas here. My personal favorite – french press travel mug. I love good coffee and often use a french press. Countless times, coming to a new place I was wondering where to get this absolutely necessary for me item, but seemingly way less important thing in many parts of the world. Also, I can’t agree more about the value of wireless noise-canceling headphones. They were my best friends for the past 6 years (actually, I am already on a second pair). Happy holidays!

Yes, yes, yes to ExOfficio underwear AND a hammock… all great things and a must-have for every traveler. I also recommend a good scarf — they’re so useful! Oh, and Itchy Feet, the travel card game. It’s so much fun, I’ve played it all over the world!
